My teenage son has problems taking multi-vitamins for the same reason, so I use this in his morning smoothies:

http://www.jarrow.com/product.php?prodid=238

It's sweetened with Lo-Han instead of sugar, and made from vegetarian ingredients, unlike Flintstones which are sweetened with Aspartame and contain gelatin (made from ground-up animal hooves), artificial colors AND artificial flavors.

It tastes great in a smoothie, and I have also mixed it into hot oatmeal to rave reviews.
