My teenage son has problems taking multi-vitamins for the same reason, so I use this in his morning smoothies:

It's sweetened with Lo-Han instead of sugar, and made from vegetarian ingredients, unlike Flintstones which are sweetened with Aspartame and contain gelatin (made from ground-up animal hooves), artificial colors AND artificial flavors.

It tastes great in a smoothie, and I have also mixed it into hot oatmeal to rave reviews.  :grin:

i'm getting a terrible stomach ache almost after everything i eat. i wonder if its the meds i'm on. which are remeron and klonopin?

i live in a dorm. no kitchen. but hopefully starting this summer i will have a kitchen and can find some of that quinoa to cook.
