Pan trop do best with old dung....you dont want to work with shit....well....try zoodoo its got no smell so no big deal (I have 30lbs of the shit waiting for me to use it on my Pan Trops!) Ryche has seen good results using the ZooDoo. Pan Trops will fruit on Compost and straw but dung just works better. as for teks to use.

you can follow the usual MMGG/PF-TEK rice/verm method to grow out the mycelium use that as spawn and then inoculate old dung....or straw or a combination of both.

OR, you could inoculate petri-dishes and them make mycelium syringes and inoculate old dung directly...once its fully colonized....case lightly with 50/50+

Before you ask....the temp that Pan Trops like is around 75F and the humidity at 85%

Like Ryche told me...if you are a first time grower dont expect miricals....this is a very hard strain to grow as it is more suseptable to contams then cubs.......
