Lots of cool mushies found in inner Sydney (Non-active)
    #6840331 -

I went hunting around lots of public parks and gardens in inner Sydney and found a whole heap of interesting shrooms... I found tonnes but only included the more interesting ones

Hygrocybe miniata i think... the biggest caps were 4mm in diameter, they were smaller than 1/4 of a finger nail.

Macrolepiota clelandii

Amanita muscaria... Thanks to the avid shroomer before me who left a row of pine-cones pointing in the direction to walk

Aseroe rubra

Gaestrum triplex... i think

Immature cyathus stercoreus huddled together on bits of woodchip. I would've taken a closer shot but this POS camera has a hopeless macro function. Can't wait to get my real camera fixed.

Stropharia_aurantiaca, i think... Waiting on a spore print atm, lots of these were more tomato red than the orange ones i've seen and had small white spots around the very edges.

No actives but lots of cool photos:D

Beautiful pics. The ones you think might be Agaricus augustus look more like the poisonous green-gills, Chlorophyllum molybdites to me.

Wow, I love the stink horn!!! It's beautiful!

I am nominating that Amanita photo because I have never seen the scales depressed into the caps, with light yellow/orange rings around them- it just looks so cool!!! Looks like a strawberry!

Damn, Xmush beat me.... Yeah the second one is not an Agaricus, the gills look green, suggesting Chlorophyllum molybdites. Agaricus will have dark gills and a brown spore print.

The second to last are indeed Birds Nest Fungi, nice ID! Looks like rabbit poop, eh??

And last one is indeed, H. aurantiaca, though it has been switched back into Stropharia again, hah. Whatcha gonna do.
