LSA extraction

My girl can't take the nausea from directly eating morning glory seeds, so i'm looking for a good guide to LSA extraction. I've heard about some kind of cold water extraction, but can't find any links.

On Erowid i found this tek but it seems rather involved.

Would it be possible to just make tea with the seeds and drink that?

Grind the seeds to a powder, mix with a good portion of cold water and let it sit over night, I suggest shaking it every couple hours if possible. Strain/filter out the seed matter then drink the water.

and if the water tastes like shit, add some crystal light mix to it. Crystal light will mask the taste completely.
