What you do is have 4 holes in the lid. Or 2 holes, whatever you want. Then you put the needle in, through the substrate so that it touches the glass, then squirt a little bit in every hole. BOOYAK. In 2 days or more, you see some mycelium growing in all the places you squirted your juice. The more you use, the faster the jar will colonize. Try using 2 cc's per jar.

Stick it in as deep as you can before you squirt.
I think I read that in a Stamets book, or possibly a sex manual.
