I seriously doubt a bill is going to get you the "best" night vision goggles. If you want a decent hands free goggle set you're going to have to spend about 5 times that.

u can get some surplus gen 1 nvg's on ebay for fairly cheap or you can get the monocular /w head strap kind for even cheaper. just check ebay. also cheaperthandirt.com has all kinds of stuff

I've been wanting a pair for a long time now.  It'd be great to see all the coyotes, racoons, deer and owls while camping.  My wife is convinced they do some kind of long-term damage to the retinas. :shrug:
