the wrong copelandias that is. quick gripe. i've been hitting up field after field here in the central florida area. had some great rains the past few days. all i can find are those darn inactive copelandias. you know, the white ones that love dung and that look good enough to be real but they ain't. i've found ONE real cyanescans the size of a friggin penny. why the f*ck would there be only 1 in a field? aargh.

I just got back from a pasture and only found 1 Copelandia after an hour of looking with my girlfriend.
-And this is from a pasture known to produce bumper crops of Copes every year

Give the mushrooms another week or two of decent rain and then BooM, you will see more than you could care to count.

The white ones you call inactive Copelandia's are actually Panaeolus antillarum, a non-psychoactive species found in manure of cattle, sheep and horses.
