By Google do you mean Youtube cuz now they're one-in-the-same and the two founders are now rich  :naughty:

I know how to do it with youtube. All you do is subtract a little from it then put it into the flash bars.
Example: Before-
http://youtube.com/watch?v=0KO1gMYxYC4
After-
http://youtube.com/v/0KO1gMYxYC4

Then put the after into: [flash=][/flash]

I have no idea how to do it with google video.
