[Video Appears To Show 2-Year-Old Smoking Pot ]

"WATAUGA, Texas -- A 17-year-old faces a felony charge of injury to a child after police found a videotape that appears to show him and another man teaching his 2- and 5-year-old nephews to smoke marijuana, police said."

A friend of mine called me and directed my attention to this. He doesn't think that what the uncle did was wrong or immoral in any way.

Whats your opinion?

I wouldn't give a kid weed that early anyway, even if it was in a brownie. It affects brain development that early on just like alcohol.. I'd wait until the kid is smart/mature enough to handle it.

I don't think anyone should be using substances until they are mature enough to at least make slightly logical decisions on their own, not with the aid of others.

So no, not okay, unless the kid is a mature freak or something, which he isn't.

When I first saw this, the first thing I thought about was one of my only memories from when I was two years old. Then I imagined what it would be like to remember being high at that age instead. It really upset me.

not at 2 years old they dont.

Although im not so sure it would really cause any damage, it is immoral to give a 2 year old mind altering substances, they dont even understand the choice they are making.

Its sad that two morons smoking pot and giving it to children makes the news but the people who smoke pot in their own homes on their own time endangering no one will never make the news. Score one more for anti-drug campaigns. This is just one more story they can use.

But those kids at least have the concious decision to want to drink that wine. From what I saw the dude pretty much made the 2 year old smoke a joint (held it up to his mouth and made him inhale) and then video taped the little kid all fucked up and stumbling around.

Whatever age it is, its still way different then that kid wanting to smoke. He was forced to.

I think the 5 year old wanted to though, but not the younger one.

I bet the people in jail with the 17 year old, will just love him.From what here people in jail, just love people that hurt kids.I really hope the 17 year old gets ass fucked.
