new porcupine tree album comes out in april!  if you haven't heard PT check out some of their stuff at:

the latter link has a bunch of new clips from the new album.
pretty sure myspace has a handful of songs through their 15+ year career. 
if you haven't yet had the pleasure of hearing porcupine tree yet, "The Sky Moves Sideways" is one of the forerunners in modern psychedelic music.  "Lightbulb Sun," "In Absentia," "Stupid Dream," and "Deadwing" are also all fantastic albums to start with.  Do it up Shroomery folks, if you don't like them, I don't know what to say, because they are fucking great.  :thumbup:  :grin:

edit: just added a selection from the Lightbulb Sun album..."Hatesong."  it's not really a good indicator of their sound as a band since there's been so many different albums and songs they've done and experimented with over 15+ years, but it is an indicator of the quality of all of it.  enjoy :smile:

the few songs iv listend to - i like the music alot, but the lyrics are stupid. its like pity whiney shit. theyd make a great instrumental band.

I'd say a good fifth of their entire catalogue is in fact instrumental music.  I know some of the lyrics are a bit like that, but thats only a few select songs, and I'm pretty sure that was the point.  :wink:

Holy shit, something similar happened to me. Before I read your post I thought it said "Fear of a blank piece of paper" referring maybe to Sartre's Nausea. Man, I'm obviously still fucked up from the concert I went to yesterday.  :xtc:
