Mimosa....

does anyone know the best way to store it... i bought some about a month ago to make some brew and i have decided i want to wait until its warmer out because it is my first time with the brew. sooo does it go bad after a while? is there a good way to store it.

if it's completely dry store it in the freezer.if it's moist at all let it dry before storage in the freezer.the freezer will keep it active indefinately.hope this helps.

Non shredded/powdered will store best. Keep it airtight in the freezer and you'll be doing more than enough. If you plan on using it within the next year, the freezer really isn't needed unless maybe you've got a crappy hot/humid apartment in the summer.
