Where Should I Live?? I need your help! :)

Hi everybody! I have gotten so much information off the Shroomery and I love you people so I thought I'd ask your help!!!  I am going to be moving (with my boyfriend) in October, and I have no idea where to go! I live in Florida right now and I hate the old people, insane drivers, the pigs, and my mother is insane so I have to get far, far away. I was wondering if anyone lives (or knows of) somewhere in the US where weed is not such a big deal to the piggies? They're everywhere and out to get you here. I would love to live somewhere where there is actual landscape, or wilderness, but where my tits aren't going to freeze off! So if anyone can help me find a town where no one is going to care if I trip balls and get high every day, I'd really appreciate it! :tongue2: Thanks!

I love Oregon<3 i heard people talk about it like it's what Cali was 20 years ago.

I am still trying to figure out what i am doing myself. No use sitting here, where nothing is really going on.

I am considering Colorado, Asheville NC, Oregon, Washington, possibly Vt, NYC and Philly. They all have their pros and cons. I am also trying to define those as we speak.

But it all depends on what you want to do.

Oregon, California, Alaska, Colorado.....there's a bunch of states that are more liberal these days. Note that I said more liberal, not free-for-all. You gotta be careful in the US of A, no matter where you're at.

Oregon is apparently the new SF.

That's where everybody that shares my interest seems to be heading, that or Asheville, NC.

I'll probably be out there in the next 5-10 years if even that long (at the way things are going, it may be a year or so)

The fact that you live in a state with a high rate of illegal immigration is the reason the fuzz is so thick. I recommend moving north a little, if you can handle snow and short growing seasons.

Younikrawn, do you really like it there?? What's good and bad about it? I've heard Oregon is gorgeous, but doesn't it get crazy cold? I wish I knew what I wanted to do! If OR is anything like CA was 20 years ago, I'm definately in!! Has anyone ever lived in North Carolina? It seems nice, but I don't know the reefer standpoint there. I'll look into everything you guys suggest, thank you so much!!! Keep the ideas coming!

So where in Oregon should I start looking? What are some good towns? I'd like to live in a town that isn't overpopulated, but not one where the population is 1,000. Any suggestions?

oregon has these mountain ranges, Sure it's cold up in the mountains, but then in the valley (willamette valley) is at sea level between the two ranges. When it's snowing in the mountains it's raining in the valleys. I'ts cold but it's not even close to the temp in the midwest. Like 30's 40's probably right now instead of -40 like in the midwest. But tones of snow up on the mountains. It's still green this time of year in the valley.

I myself don't want to be anywhere unless it's a liberal place. The place i am at that i have called home for so long is not a place thats good for me.

Minnesota is a liberal place and has beautiful scenery, just to cold this time of year. Duluth is a neat place from what i hear.

ashland ,bend, eugene,corvalise, portland. South to North.

Ashland has 13 outdoor theaters and you can catch shakespear in the park any given day during the summer.
Bend is up in the mountains.
Eugene is a cool college town.
Newport is a cool beach town.
Corvalise is a college town.
Portland is well portland awesome food cool city in the mountains.

If your only criteria are lax drug laws, natural beauty and not very cold, California springs to mind.
