I just recently upgraded my weighted cooker to the stopcock due to agar's posts about it. These things are great, put just a little water in the cooker and you don't have to worry about it drying out at all.
it fits the cooker fine, the threads are the same. I didn't bother upgrading the overpressure plug. Just don't go over 15psi and you won't have any problems.

For what it's worth.... not sure if this is helpful, but:
I get just about the same effect by adding magnets to the regulator weight. At least on my AA, I discovered that the weight is a ferric composition of some sort, so magnets will stick to it. I happen to have a couple clip-type refrigerator magnets like the type below that work very well, and I just attach one to each side to keep the weight distribution even.

If you wanted, you could try out different weights to see what type will pop the weight at say, 18 or 20 PSI so that there's a safety margin before the overpressure plug blows.

All AA's had the toggle valve, years ago. AA switched over, as the weight is cheaper.
Also, changes in safety law required US PC's to have two (2) pressure releases, for safety.
AA went to weight & blow-out plug, rather than two (2) toggle valves.
They inter-change. Threads match.
AA sterilizers have two toggle valves. To comply with the law.
AA 921 w/toggle valve & blow out plug.
AA 941's, both with double toggle valves.

LOL, there is no reason to run them all at once.
I have 5 AA's (910, 921, 925 & two 941 sterilizers). Not to mention a few other incidental PC's. Most were bargains, I could not pass up.
AA 910 is handy for quick sterilizing tiny things. AA 921/925 for medium things. AA 941 for bigger runs.
Also have a fairly large stainless steel 220V autoclave. About 3 times the capacity of an AA 941. It was @ auction on a Government surplus site, a few years back. I got it for less than scrap metal price. LOL, it cost more to road trip over & get it. Than, it's purchase price.
One of the stupidest MISTAKES I ever made. Was passing on a huge (3ftX8ft) autoclave, at a government auction. Which sold for less than you can imagine.
After the fact, I realized I could have speed pasteurized; Huge amounts of things in it.
Live & learn.
