Using Brf tek---i know the temp inside the jars is higher than the incubator but its not like 5 degress or higher is it??? inside the incubator is like 82-84 but im not sure how accurate the thermometer is...

The temperature inside the jars are higher than the incubation temperature, how do you figure that? Do you think the mycelia is endothermic or something?

No, it is exothermic. An exothermic process is one that gives off heat. This heat is transferred to the surroundings.
