anybody have experience with yopo seeds?(anadenanthera) i know i place that have an enourmous number of them but i didn't knew they were psychedelic :/ ...now i know...i'm going back there ;D

Do some searches.There is coutless amounts of information on the anadensnthera genus.

Most people dont describe the experience as "pleasant" so be careful and think about the reason why you are injesting the seeds.

Along with n,n,DMT it the seeds also conain 5-meo-DMT as well as Bufotenin and other related chemicals.The later of which isnt to pleasant.

Various seeds from this genus are used in south america as a sort of "soul cleansing" not a fun saturday night with the village drunks.

yep...i'm searching about it...but most of the reports at erowid seen so disapointing :/...almost all have bad experiences...

i'm going to smoke them...i think it's the better way to do it...

i'm looking for a short trip... 30 min or so..
not too intense, nothing overwhelming..maybe some Open eyes visual..but mostly CEVs...

but mostly, i want to let the stuff work, and see how it goes...see it's potential...not make it suit for me..

i'm just trying to think in a way to have no nausea...would ginger help in this case?

Hmm,ginger is great for nausea thats for sure.I have never smoked the seeds before though.Snuffing worked for thousands of years so I will stick with that method.You may be in agony from snuffing and also purely from the experience,but you will emerge happy and cleansed.

I dont want to stray you away from this wonderful and important plant, but there is a reason why most people reoport it being unpleasant.

Post up some methods that you have your eye on.

Also if the place you found selling them is a vendor will you post a link?If not will you PM me the link?

A lot of places offer fake seeds.Not so much with this type of plant,but large bulk deals sometimes turn out to be fake.Kratom seeds and HBWR comes to mind.

NEAR my home there are lots of them... oh...you gotta love Brazil...

i'll go get some tomorrow i think...(it's just take a walk in the park...)

i'm thinking in just drying them and them smoke the stuff in a pipe...

should i care for a sitter?

PS: the snuff hurts because you have to put some alkaline stuff in order to work...it's like putting lemon in your eyes oO..just not too smart..

I smoked them twice.
made my muscles knot up like a giant charliehorse. It hurt like hell and made me almost vomit from my stomache muscles tightening up. no buzz just pain
it was the worst
I threw the rest of mine in the garbage it was so nasty

It is up to you to decide if you need a sitter.

I bet it is beautful in brazil.Good luck and be sure to properly identify them before you use.

Hey there neighbor!
There should be plenty Cebil naturally growing in your area. :smile:
It takes a LOT of experience in order to get the magic going (in my experience). The experience is similar to a mild Ayahuasca session, there´s plenty nausea but rarely actual purging. It is shorter lived than Aya.
If you have B. caapi availiable it´s a nice addition to your Yopo snuff, makes things much easier.

Hi felix.Do you add your betacarboline to your snuff or consume it in a different way?

Carefull brshroomer,yopo and cebil with an maoi sounds like much experience is needed.

Yopo/Cebil already have b-carbolines in it, however many tribes mix it with B. caapi or use the vine prior using the snuff in order to get more from the seeds.
It isn´t that advanced, of course one has to start with caution and go up slowly.

smoking got me nowhere pesonally. 3 seeds got me an hour of heavily distorted visions leading to an extended period of looking at the carpet. i enjoyed it except for the snotty mucus stuff. it is extrememly gross but it goes away easily with water and blowing your nose after a while. the burn wasn't as bad as i was led to believe, i used baking soda. this is the only thing i have ever put up my nose, except my finger. it reminded me a bit of "rubbing" my nose after cutting mildly hot jalepeno peppers. not a burn, just warm and tingly.
