I'm not into watching movies while tripping; there is SO much else out there. :laugh: Most of the time I think it's a waste. :shrug:  However, I have done it a couple times and not only enjoyed myself, but felt that it was perfect and not a waste at all. The movies were; The Grateful Dead Movie and the Jerry Garcia Band, live @ the Shoreline 9/1/90. I'm a deadhead though, so.....  But yeah, if you're into that kind of music, check that out while spun one night, you'll dig it for sure. :thumbup:

alright i dont no if its a good or bad movie to watch sorta freaked me out but i couldnt stop watchin it but A Scanner Darkly is one fucked up movie to watch while trippin on mushys cause they way the made it with the animation and the story behide it really gives you a good mind fuck

BARAKA! i think you have to buy it online, but do it, i promise you it is worth it. id say fear and loathing, but everyone's already seen it. seriously though, get baraka, and don't watch it until you're tripping, i promise you'll be thanking me.

All of the Lord of the Rings movies as well as the Harry Potter movies are excellent movies to watch while tripping.

That...that was the first movie I watched stoned to hell when I first started, and my first movie I watched whilst tripping.
Its a mindfuck, especially when he can see where fate is taking his body.

Requim for a Dream and City of God??? No thank you. First off, if I'm trippin, I don't want to be reading City of God's subtitles, but mainly I don't want to watch movies about the SHIT that drugs can do to you when I'm ON DRUGS. Whoever said Waking Life... YES, ultimate movie (I'm big into the whole lucid dreaming scene anyway), and that movie is a good trip movie. However, most times when I'm tripping I can't follow simple conversation, let alone plot, so movies that are involved don't do it for me unless I'm sober. Fantasia, 2001 are both tight. A Clockwork Orange just made me laugh hardcore the whole time, but that might not be the case every time. Lastly, Yellow Submarine was a good time.

I tried to be social and watch it - but the TV was irritating me, and of all episodes - its the one where Mr. Slave puts Paris Hilton up his ass, it was the last thing I wanted to see while frying on LSD after having a great few hours outdoors.

Ahhh yes! Yellow submarine! GREAT movie, very trippy. I'm not too big into watchin TV while I'm tripping, but that is one movie I would LOVE to watch
