Spelling boot Camp! Add your teks

I rely on spell checks and typing to sound good in the English written word. I have three weeks to shape up for college creative writing and philosophy 101. Most papers and assignments are expected to by typed, but a lot of teachers these days make a big portion in written word( like in the FInal), which sucks because so does my handwriting.

What can I do?
Flashcards? I work full time, how can I practice spelling and grammar at work? I work at a furniture store and could possibly use a tape recorder with an earpiece if I asked nicely.
Maybe I could use a recorder to learn through a tape and still work with my hands and hear my walkie talkie.
Any ideas for what to do on my free time?

Sorry, can't help you. I honed my spelling skills when I was young and thankfully they have served me well. I have no clue how you could improve other than focusing on words you frequently spell wrong.

Just practice writing things. Keep a small notepad with you, and during downtime at work just write stuff. Could be anything...sales tags, quotes from a favorite movie, stuff like that.
