coco coir is the husk off of coconuts. it's pH neutral and absorbs a lot of water. it comes in brick form, which is compressed fiber. you break it up and add water to it to make a workable media for casing.

you can get it at a local hydro shop or possibly a nursery. i've been using Discount Hydro for a couple years and have always been happy with their service.

take care! stay safe...

Coco Coir is the husk off of coconuts....that has been ground up.
It comes in several forms.....bark like.....or in a brick.
You want the brick type.

You can find it in most Pet stores.....they use it for Reptile bedding.
Its called Forrest Bed by T-Rex....couple other brands too.
You can't miss it....it looks like a brick.....should be plastic sealed.

You can also find Coco Coir in hydroponic shops.

Last resort.....you can find it online.

good luck!
