So I play halo pretty competitively online and i've noticed then when I'm tripping.. either LSD or Mush. I play at my very best.. even if I'm barely thinking about the game I'm still playing at least twice as good as i was before. Anyone else notice anything like that or the opposite while they're tripping?

I <3 Katamari + LSD = fun times.

Generally though, dont play video games much once the trip kicks into full gear.

I know what you mean. I once tried to longboard while tripping on mushrooms, and retained all of my abilities. I guess the effects of these drugs on manual tasks is really very small, or in fact, the reverse of what would be expected.

I go surfing stoned alllllll the time, and Ive surfed on acid a few times. Its amazing but I surf better tripping then not. But ive had a few intence moments where I got pretty scared out there.

I don't play games when I trip... guess the idea is just kind of depressing to me, and it's a difficult task for me to perform at the time.

But I love watching some sonic the hedgehog (genesis), or simillar. Not for too long. Not to the point where people are "making an evening" of it.

Ah... but I absolutely can't stand FPS or otherwise violent games when tripping. Sat around while people played counterstrike once... ekkkkkk.

That's just me, though. :smile:

Hell ya dude..Halo is one of my favorite tripping activities. we usually play while we wait for the come up, and quit once it gets too intense. After the trip we pick the sticks back up and play for hours and talk about the trip. rather than play live though, we usually just do multiplayer so we can dick around and practice super bounces and sword cancelling and shit. as to increased skill?? i think i can play a little better waiting to come up cuz its easy to concentrate. amazingly i'm pretty damn good at drunk halo though, anybody else?

i find this to be true with almost everything skill based while on psychedelics. on of my friends greatest pleasures is taing a bunch of acid and just letting rip on his guitar for hours! also provides wicked music for everyone else tripin as wel.
i myself do circus skills, especially yoyoing and it just feels so natural and i land tricks repeatedly and easily with so much flow to my movements.  and there is nothing more intense than doing firepoi in the dark at a rave with a headful of lsd :crazy2:

I played NHL 2003 for xbox with a friend while i was tripping. My ability increased 10 fold and I felt I could will the players controlled by AI to do stuff. Needless to say beforehand I was struggling to score goals and he was beating me 3-1 and 2-1 and such. But a few hours in and I was winning him 8 - 1.

My friend raves about playing counterstrike on acid... i find it hard to focus on anything enough to play while tripping. I once tried playing Capcom vs SNK2 on Ketamine... key word being TRIED... hehehe

The last level, where you start rolling up the earth is SOOO much fun. It's great once you start getting big enough that you can roll up the cities in the sky, and the Katmari guy is flying around shooting rainbows at you.

You just end up spacing out and getting into a flow without even having to think about it and can rip around so fast.
