SOCOM II...it saved me from a bad trip.
However, it sucks becuase A) your killing people, and b) your shrooming so you obvoiusly arent playing very well (although it breaks the gameplay down frame by frame so its quite easy to aim accuaratley) and if you get voted out of the room it's instant-sadness.
So dont play SOCOM II. I Just love it so much i could:)

I would walk right past him and we wouldnt register for a second, then a second or so later we'd figure out someone was there and try to turn around and shoot. video games take too much work on shrooms.
That's really funny. I can just imagine that. I would love to set up some online gaming for people who are into this. It would be hard to organize though, if we were all under the influence.

Me and a buddy were playing Halo 2 while tripping. We had no interest in killing one another. My friend would shoot at the wall nonstop and just laugh and I'd just take my character and watch him on my screen. Then we'd find something equally amusing to do and laugh at that. It was a great time - what tripping is all about!

I would have to say that you could have a ton of laughs playing Mario 1, 2, 3, World, or 64. That damn plummer is hillarious. Duck Hunt would probably be really funny too. Video games never blow my mind but its great when weird shit happens in the game and all you can do is laugh because you have no idea what is going on.

TMshroom said: I think TV is a friggin WASTE of time, and trip. I cant watch TV for more than 5 mins when on shrooms, first of all a lot of it becomes very evil looking, and its just so boring an annoying.
I was watching the 70s show, all of a sudden the cast began looking very evil, very fake and just disturbing, i kept picturing goblins by lookin at the cast, their eyes were very disturbing. I started buggin out and i thought i was alone feeling that way untill i noticed my friend was goin thru the same thing. We just turned off the TV and enjoyed our trip.
word, when i was on a decent trip i could only stand to watch like crap like the brady bunch, because it actually had some sort of moral core instead of random senseless violence (i couldn't even stand the simpsons) but then, the hokey cheesy puritan values and false acting got to me....
tv is satan.
playing some classic NES/SNES nonviolent games would be really awesome, you'd probably feel like you were a little kid again.
i'd love to take my childhood best friend and trip with him and do the kind of stuff we used to do when we were little.
he's anti-drugs to the extreme though.

yeah i agree that video games and pretty much anything else you thought might be fun on mush is better on the come down..smoke some weed after u feel your head start to get more clear, play video games, music, tv. It will be alot better than if you try it while peaking..its just pointless to do anything while peaking excedpt go with the flow and let the mush take you werever..a mindtrip is funner than any video game i think.

I tried to play GTA3 at my friend's house and i didn't have the heart to kill anyone in the game so i tried to follow them around but they ran away (probably cause i had an assault rife in my hand). My friends told me then to stop wasting my time and join them in the aquarium room...so i did! But i dunno, it wasn't really thought-provoking so not necessarily the greatest for fungi imo.

I was having a bad trip full of depression and my favortire v-game, Halo2, turned it around.
It took a lot of focus and what felt like 'mind-power' to get headshots with the battle rifle and sniper rifle. It was very fun and the suspense/drama of it was amazing. It was fun just to jump around and punch the walls. It was kind of too hard to really try and outsmart the opponent.
TV's in general on shrooms can be tough. I tried watching family guy once and aside from not caring what the charcters had to say the show just seemed like a bunch of brightly colored shapes moving around which were hard to follow.
My advice, have video games ready in case of a bad trip if you can. Don't waste too much time playing them. Explore nature, listen to music, stare at stuff, have a few funny friends around.

Depending on the individual, and what kind of bad trip they're having, video games could surely turn around a bad trip. Especially if it's a friendly one from one's childhood. (Super Mario 3 )
I haven't tried video games on any psychedelic drug, and don't know if I will. But I could surely see them bringing me back to reality if I truely needed (or wanted) to. But then theres the chance of getting worked up about wasting your life with these meaningless games for so many years, etc. Nothing was more depressing and possibly disturbing than seeing someone play counterstrike while I tripped.

The reason why video games turned around my trip was because it stopped my mind from manifesting in the same horrid and irrational (even though they felt correct) thoughts. I literally said to myself, "what can I do right now to get this bad thinking to stop!!!!???????" Bam, Halo2!!!!!
