Vacuum Sealer/Freeze Sealer - Making Grow Bags?

Has anyone tried using a vacuum sealer to make growbags? It seems like it would be pretty easy to fill one of the bags with a good amount of rye and water (or other substrate), seal it , pressure cook (the bags are all microwaveable/boilable), and then inject at 4-6 locations.

My thought was that it might not get enough air exchange. I figure you could either use silicon to make the holes re-seal or just leave them open in order to get air exchange.

It also seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to make the bags in such a way that they had air in them and could later be shaken.

Thoughts?

The bags themselves might work, but vacuuming them could cause air to suck in when you innoculate, causing a potential contam hazard.

Grain would have to have some kind of filter on it, but I have seen someone spawn grain into straw, then stuff the straw into half gallon ziploc bags poked full of holes.
