I should have a picture later today but i just wanna post what I have so Far, okay im walkin around a college campus helpin a friend move out and I stumbled on a large Heap of golden mushrooms in every stage of Growth

bigest one is a 4 inch Cap
all are a tan color with a white stem
growing from wood chips, and grass
they all have kinda crooked stems, hollow
the really dried out ones have upturned caps
a good bit of them are sun baked with cracked caps
the dried caps all have purple rings around them a few with upturned cracked caps have purple all over them.
the pins coming up are more of a chestnut color turning to golden starting when they are about a cm taller. the gills are not attached to the stem are a chocolatish brown color drying out to a colour ranging from a semi dark brown to an almost caramel colour. a few of the dried out babies are a purplish colour. The spore print is, lemme go check...
ooh friend found a fresh one golded cap conical, one cap is broken from opening. def. choc brown gills white stem turning cream as it goes down. spores the exact colour of the gills. ill go try and find someone who hasnt packed up there scanner or digi cam.

The weather here has been more like fall than spring a lot of rain ground still really damp in the shade, past 2 days were sunny and nice, wish i stumbled upon them all when they were fresh, but Im gunna go look for more
