take a spore print, if it is jet black ehere is a good chance that they are the pan subS... WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE WITH MORE EXPIRIENCE TO ACTUALLY GIVE A FINAL ID, I AM STILL NEW. and about your dog, if they were posionous it would effect him quickly and you would now, but if they arnt he is gonna go on a trip. Well i hope they arnt poisonous so your dog is ok

called my fire ant he is printing his right now but hes not sure if it will work cause they were left in a plastic bag for a day. I told him they kind of looked like deadly lawn galerinas but the range in the guide I have says oregon and washington. If these are pan subs my fireant now has an endless supply.

i've never been to tennessee but i'd have to second that opinion. they look like Panaeolina foenescii (aka Panaeolus foenescii) to me. might not be, but looks like it in the pics.

They are panaeolina foenisecii and are non-neurotropic mushrooms. They do make an interesting tea due to tryptophan and are relaxing in their own way.
