 how long will pressure cooked jars be ok to inocul

How long will pressure cooked (BRF/Vermiculite) substrate jars be suitable for inoculation. I had someone mail me some jars pressure cooked, lysoled, and taped. It took 2 weeks to get here, are they still sterile?
Or should I repressure cook just to be safe? will pressurcooking multyple times make the mycelium grow slower?
