Ok, I've dealt with this to long , I have Nod32, but it doesn't seem to clean well enough, I was busy burning files to disc, and then deleting them, when once again, the recycling bin was blank, talk about shitty, plus there is a file I cant delete. Which off course also doesn't show up, then there are pop ups in the fucking task bar, and its really funny that they all lead me to the same virus company's software, talk about bad business practices, fucking jerks.
SO........Whats a good spyware, adware, etc cleaner, and maybe another virus scanner program too please, come on people I'm desperate, I need some serious fucking peer review here ,PLEASE help me out.

you could use linux? there's no virii or spyware problems with it. I suggest ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com) because it's extrememly intuitive and generally just works.

Some times with spyware its simply less hassle to do a format/re-install then trying to clean it out.
What I would recommend doing (although this is always easier said then done...)
- Setup your HD into two (or more) partitions - Copy all of your 'data' (Pictures, MP3s, documents, etc) onto one partition - Do a fresh-install onto the other partition - Patch the system - Install all of your 'must have' applications - things that you always use/etc
Then, make a ghost-image of that as your 'backup', whenever you download mp3s/movies or save files, save them onto your data partition.
Then, this way - if you ever get a nasty spyware infection again, you can format your application drive then restore it from the ghost backup - and still keep all of your data (hopefully) unaffected on te other partition -- and when you install from the ghost, you just restore that and dont need to worry about re-installing windows and all of your applications again. (You will need to re-install anything you installed since making the ghost image, but your still in a better position then if you had to do it from scratch again

For free spyware removal i've got spybot search & destroy and Adaware SE. For free virus removal, i've got grisoft AVG free edition and had a trial version of pc-cillin. Once the trial expired, i dloaded a regkey for it, and now it's a "legit" copy.
