Try adjusting your soil PH -- I think you can add a little aluminum sulphate to get more blue. Be careful not to add too much, though. Check the web for proper PH for that species.

How did you germinate the Datura seeds? I have a few hundred that I cannot get to germinate :\

Cool pics. I've got some alpine rose seeds that I plan on starting this year, some different datura's aswell. The alpine roses are from wild seeds, collected by myself up near the continental divide last summer. They don't have huge flowers but the scent it just as strong in them little buds, and they put out some large tasty rose hips.

Looks good PC. We have alot of Datura here in Texas. And we have plenty of seeds.....maybe they will look good next to the Poppies......The rose looks like it could us a little more acid? I have a J.F. Kennedy strain that is a beautiful yellow and smells like sweet candy!! Will try to get some pics when they bloom this year

man, ive always loved the looks of the datura flowers. those things grow like crazy in the wild out here, i remember as a kid id pick the prickly seed pods and throw them around and shit...ahh memories...
