I'm waiting for the Dean to come get me for our meeting.  In this meeting I'm going to completely let this bitch have it.  I didn't sign up for credit death just to listen to some chinese guy try to teach me Fweedee Stooleo Mah.  I'm trying to transfer out of this hell hole.  :thumbdown:

Yeah it's killing me!  I mean I can understand about 15% of every sentence he speaks.  I went to the program chair and talked to her and she's like, "Oh man..." then she rolled her eyes.  I told her flat out I don't want to teach myself here, I'm paying to learn.  She was really nice about it, and the actions of her and the people at the front desk told me that I'm not the first to complain.  Surprisingly nobody else said anything about this guy.

He's a really nice guy,  it's just the fact that this program isn't mspaint and I really need someone I can understand to teach it to me.  It's disappointing when you finally get your shit together, get back into classes, and your teacher for 2 of your 3 night classes is struggling, I mean STRUGGLING with his English.  Shit I'd offer to tutor him in speech if they shave a nice chunk of my tuition off :thumbup:

I had an anthropology teacher, some Dr at a major university that spoke so thick you couldnt understand her, and she stuttered really bad. Not to mention she just read exactly from the power points, which were word for word notes from the book. What the fuck? Fuck ignorant univ profs....

I know. This guy told us from the start, he's learning too. Which right off the bat made me uneasy. I'm not a racist, or prejudiced, I mean accents don't bother me, thick accents don't bother me, just incomprehensible English that gets to me. How can a college professor get a job like that? I doubt I could move to a foreign country right now and land a teaching job, nor would I want to. I feel bad for the guy, I mean it's gotta be insane trying to lecture in 50/50 Chinese/English.

Yea seriously... they should at least offer him a few english courses to the point where he can be understood before they let him teach...
