Taoism

seems to be teaching me that meditation is in the moment and not when i sit aware of my crossed legs and the way im holding my neck.

i like it, when the wind catches. :smile:

It's both! You could be medidating every second of your life.
You start by sitting and being aware of your body and thoughts; you are in the moment and its easy since you don't have distractions.
The goal/challenge is to take the practice into your every day life, to be aware ALL the time!

I like your avatar I was a big DB fan as a kid, I even have all 42 volumes of the Japanese manga even thought I can't read Japanese!
