My teammate today and Taoism...

So I was talking with one of the girls on the team here and she's a thrower too. So I was telling her about the argument I got in with one of the interns about religion...jesus...the bible.. and such.

So I went into how I said,"Well it(the bible) is just a book," and the intern replied,"Welll, it's a pretty darn important book!" then went on to giving me protocol bible verses to discredit my "not believing in christ" and of anything I said, it wouldn't simply work. Either Jesus or hell. yeah so i'm sure many of you understand where this went....

Anyhow, I asked her what she believed in or at least mostly believed and she said taoism. I was like no shit, me too. We were talkin n talkin and maan we were sooo on with each other. I was so excited. Then one of the Christ coaches came by and we were silent.

So crazy... Like I think Taoism makes sooo much fucking sense, yet when people ask me what I believe in, I reply,"I don't know if you'd like what I'd believe," and the two other people I know who believe in taoism have said the exact same thing. But to me, it makes soooo much more sense than ANYTHING ELSE. seriously, it's the basis of religions, or no, LIFE, without the dogmatic crap.

Find a teacher, do some Qi-gong and get to practicing then. Life isn't for stagnation.
