nah, you don't really eat greese. its no different than eating beer battered onion rings. Its just a heavy starchy food, it helps me maintain a little longer. Without it, I can get a little crazy, you know, dr jekyll and mr hide shit.

Putine is just french fries with gravy poured on them then add cheese and the gravy melts it, it's awesome.

But I have no gravy so I'm just eat cheesy fries.

I worked with a Canadian chef down in florida, he use to go n and on about putting poutine on the menu, he never did.

What kind of gravy and cheese it is, I may have to try some.

I don't know if theres a specific gravy(even the canned stuff tastes alright), the cheese is ussually small chunks of mozeralla. I'm sure mixing whatever your favs were would work fine though.
