Need glove box tips please?

Hi all,
I am new here. I feel like it is my birthday, since my 21 quart gauged PC is arriving UPS! I have everything set-up and am SO psyched about growing and being successful. I built a glove box the other day(gloves will replace the bags), since it seems that having a much smaller space to do inocs. and grain transfers in will be much easier to keep dependably sterile. That leads to a couple of questions: I have since installed a small evacuation fan in the glove box. I will cut a place for and install a hepa filter on the other end. Do you think that would be better than just leaving it a sealed 'still air' system? If I leave it still air, I can ad my jars, etc; lysol it all; wait a few mins for the atmosphere inside to be clean; reach inb and do what I need to do. I am afraid that hepa filters may not filter well enough??? But I keep reading about them; even see people using them in open air rooms. I realise they have sterilised before doing this. Just remain confused if the disinfected totally enclosed 'still air' will be better than even a hepa filter/fan? I have not got my spores yet. I will be working with syringes at first(newbie). While those are incubating I intend to experiment with agars cultures. Which is the other real reason I made the glove box. I will likely build two or three of these so I can keep the finished work inside. Seems the less movement/exposure the better. Which means I will have to make each box also temp controllable. Thanks for any input.

It looks like what you have will work fine for now. You'll want something a bit taller when you start doing grain to grain transfers. You don't want a fan or filter or anything else. Gloveboxes are not sterile and not intended to be. They are for still air. Any fan will cause turbulence which will cause more problems than it fixes. Just clean the inside with soap and water and go to work.
