I'm Making Chicken Nachos Tomorrow

This is how:

I'm taking 2 chicken breasts, dicing them, and frying them in canola oil on medium-medium-high heat, until half cooked. Then I'm adding seasoning (1 part chipotle powder, 1 part cayenne, 1 part chili powder) and turning the heat down to medium-medium low. I'm just taking a reasonable pinch of each depending on my taste (I like spicy).

I'm adding half of my- jalapeno, pablano, and sweet orange peppers- and cooking them with the chicken in the spice mixture, until the chicken is done.

In addition to the left over peppers previously mentioned I'm preparing red chillies, and cheddar and monterey jack cheese.

I'm then taking tortilla chips and layering-
chips
chicken/pepper mixture + uncooked peppers
cheese
chips
chicken/pepper mixture + uncooked peppers
cheese

Then I'm cooking it at 350 or so until the cheese is melted on both layers.

They will be good.
