Contam!!!

K i have i problem.. i looked at my 30 jars lastnight and found contam on just about everyone single one except about 9 of them, well they look good so far!
all the other 21 had green yellow or either big patches of grey
I'm not to sure what i did wrong for it to contam almost all my jars! I followed the quickey tech on this site
everyithing was sterile and good so i dont know what went wrong
and some jars are taking longer then others
and i also noticed that most of the jars had yellow growing before the wite even started!
If anyone could respond to what i have said

did you PC your jars? if not.. hehe. if you did, then it came from the print or syringe. was this your experimental cloning project with the dried caps?? how'd you inoculate?

yah i PC all my jars, for the ones that dont have anything growing in the jars yet, i dont think i let those jars cool enough before puting the spores in so it might have killed them
i ordered my spore and kept them in a droor for almost a month or maybe even longer! i think that might have been my mistake
after PCing my jars i let them cool for 2 hours then put the spores in from the 3 holes i poked on top of the jars
after i was doen i put paper towl on top and set them in my closet witha blanket over them!
i?m not sure if it was warm in the closet or not

I don't know what caused your contams, but I agree that 2 hours isn't long enough cooling time. I always wait minimum 6 hours before innoculation, and have only had one jar contam and maybe 4-5 stall, out of about 100 or so. I keep all my prints in my drawer, inside an envy, folded up in tinfoil, so I don't think your drawer is your problem.
Try again, and double check your sterility. Buy Lysol by the case.
