Rat out my shitty coke head manager?

Im thinking about e-mailing our corparate office and telling all the little details of my resturant job. I have worked at the same place for over 3 years and most people work there 9-14 months. I know all the kinds of little secrets about our resturant, for instance, (corperate told us to fire all are illegal imigrants. This equated to 85% of our kitchen. Well our executive chef (who is also our Acting General Manager) just had the illegals get new SS#'s and rehired them under different names.

I'm pretty sure that might even be a federal crime.

So this asshole, who is filling in for our real GM,(maturnity leave) bitched me out today for no good reason. Started drilling me about some stupid procedural shit, that has changed at least 3 times since I've worked there. And when i say drilling, I mean repeating what i am saying back to me, after every statement, trying to get me to faulter/give in/whatever you want to call it.
well i don't fall for stupid shit, and i don't take a real challege lightly, I rather enjoy one.
I stood my ground, explained everything pretty well, and even started slow i n g d o w n my pace and getting maticulous.

But fuck having to deal with that shit. Being completely debriefed and talked down to, while at work, in front of your co-workers, and restaurant guest is completely inappropriate.

On top of all that is my shitty coke head manager, who probably witness the entire thing, and said nothing because he is a frail twit, who does nothing that i can ascertain.


I'm going to definitely write about my exec chef and his Kim Jong Ill ways. I'm not sure if i should mention the illegals, and them being rehired by him or my manager who is so inept probably because of his cocaine use.

I don't really care about losing my job either, as a matter of fact, i plan on taking my paid vacation and durring the break i will find a new job.

Without even reading the details, I would simply say that, it's not good to "rat out" anybody, about illegal drugs, for any reason, ever!

We're at WAR* with a crypto-fascist government over our basic right to do what we want with our own goddamn bodies. They don't need any more ammunition; they already have a blatant disregard for the constitution; an army of shock troops; a battery of piss tests, blood tests, hair tests; and a brainwashed population already so cowed, docile, and sheep-like, that they'll piss in any cup for a job and rat out their brother for a nickel...

*Technically they declared war on us. I don't think they got congressional approval either. I think it came out of the PR Department.

Also, the illegal immigrant issue is a touchy subject. But when it comes down to it, they need to make money. If you rat them out they will be back on the streets and that's not good for anybody.

It was very unprofessional of your temp. manager to bitch you out in front of customers and co-workers but it's one of those things you just gotta bury down the hatch (I know it's hard). What you really need to do is start looking for a new job ASAP.

ah he is such a coke head that it interferes with his job and my ability to make money.

Dont mention all of that for revenge or any shit liek that. If you feel what they are doing is wrong, then mention those parts. If you feel he cokehead is an ineffective manager, say that. If you think illegals are wrongfully in this countries, then report them. Dont respond based on ego, respond on what is Truth , whatever that may be for you

well the truth is the exectutive chef walks around like he is Kim Jong Il and he is a dick. He does not know how to manage a resturant, only run a kitchen. He has no people skills so the only way he can show dominance is to attempt to intimidate workers. He has made more than a few waitress cry, and over what? there stupid job.

I'm more pissed off at teh cokehead for being completely ineffective, and not having enough balls to tell the chef to act resonable. The chef picks one person a night and trys to start shit with them. You can sit there and take it, go somewhere and cry, which makes him yell louder, or you can stand your ground, and get shitty looks all night.

I dont eat crow, and and damn sure don't cry over a resturant job.

Also, in an attempt to keep this impartial, i have failed to inform you all of the following, The cokehead is a 5' 10" 115lb FAG. He is so skinny and frail he makes sick. I have no problem with gay people, one of my favorite managers was gay (and also his friend) this guy is just so coked out of it, that he can't do his job. I'm almost positive he gets his blow from a waitress.

The movie 'Waiting' was just the tip of the iceberg people.

What makes you say that? I've had the pleasure of working with quite a few illegals during my tenure as a labourer. They are people just like you and me, and for the most part respectable from what I've experienced. And really, if we're gonna fuck the world out of the majority of resources on this planet, anybody oughtta be able to reap those ill gotten rewards.

'telling' on these people won't get you anywhere... do you really think the majority of businesses are based on honesty? hardly. you'll be laughed at (albeit behind your back) and eventually fired or treated even worse until you quit.
