i know it seems like it, but they really don't do anything but bring you down and make you feel shitty....2 the point where the only time you feel normal is when your smoking them.

here is what i feel is a very too way to quite smoking. follow it and it will happen....but don't bother if you don't "want" to quit...i mean you have to try and follow threw.

steps:

1. buy chewing tobacco, i find redman golden blend long cut is nice and tasty and good for converting to chew.  slowly cut back on cigs till your stuck on just chew.

2.  next, switch from redman to berryblend in them round cans...its a dif brand don't know what its called now.

3.  now you want to switch to berryblend in the pouches...gives you even less nicotine.

4. now you buy beef jerky and sunflower seeds and whenever you get the urge to smoke go for a run instead....its all about keeping busy at this point.

THIS SHIT WORKS AND DON"T DOUBT IT TILL YOU GIVE IT 100%

you will save money, health, and have more lungs for "better" stuff.

I agree.  I only KEPT smoking because I was afraid I couldn't stop because all of my friends smoke.  I don't even think about them anymore.  Just do it man, it's definitely worth it.  You'll be amazed at how much energy you have, how much easier it is to breathe, how you can smell things again.... I'm about  1.5 months cold turkey and I'm very pleased with my results.
