i have to say slayer is the most boring live band i've ever seen. might as well bring headphones and listen to the cds cause they sound exactly the same as the live shows.

That is a really great album! I have listened to Slayer for most of my life and I really love the fact that all of the original members are still in place. This newest album is really angry, but it is very well done. One of my favorites to date. Seasons in the Abyss is my favorite, though.

Nope. They just shred the thrash deathness. Not necessarily death metal. More dark than death. They talk alot about dark issues, but they have some really insightful and compelling lyrics.

The best way I can describe Slayer's album "Reign in Blood" is to ask people to imagine that there is an intercom system in Hell that plays music 24 hours a day. "Reign in Blood" is what would be playing.
