How do you get rid of piercing stink?

You know what I'm talking about, when you have a piercing and you play with it or rotated it, that godawful odor...Don't get me wrong, I wash on a regular basis, and keep good hygeine, but the stink never fails. Any special soaps or solutions to use?

lemon essence, grapefruit seed extract, tea tree oil. Every shower taking it out and rinsing thoroughly. making sure shampoo and soap scum is cleaned out.

piercings shouldnt sting, I'd remove my nose if it found something offensive
