Rock the Bells Festival

Anyone ever go to this? Im hittin this up with some friends in a week and was wondering how security is there. We figure since all of the artists are rappers the cops might show up in full force, with drug dogs and everything. Is this just white mildly jewish paranoia? Lineup looks awesome btw

I doubt any drug dogs would be allowed into a hip hop show like Rock the Bells. The people who run the festival know that the drug culture is a big part of their patrons' experience. They don't want to take that way from them because if they did, less people would show up. I think they are more interested in providing security to ensure peace between festival patrons, protecting their liability, rather than busting every person with a joint.

Don't go letting security gaurds or cops (if they have them) see you puffing in their faces, just be cool and enjoy the show. My friends are going but I'm not. It should be a great show.

i think they might post things you cant take in. as for drugs just put it in your wallet, or shoe.

Yea the lineup is awesome.  I was gonna bring in some :rail: so Im a bit  more concerned.  I guess the worst that will happen is Ill disappear into the background like Mario would do in Mario 3 if  you pushed up on certain mountains.
