different kind of incubator - please comment/advise

I have an idea for an incubator.
basically it would be same as all the plastic tub/tote incubators except instead of the deep tubs i would use 2 shallow but bigger area tubs. This way It can go under my bed. HIDDEN this is important and the only reason i even thought of doing it this way. and input or ideas on a discreet incubator would be much obliged.

I advise not growing illegal substances where you have to hide them under your bed!!
you live with your parents don't you?

seroiusly though,
not a good idea to have to hide anything. can only lead to no good for all involved.

well, your room should be pretty open to have things in there.
you don't need an incubator, seriously you don't.
especially if this is sort of out of plain view.
put the jars in a box in your closet or whatever.
what is the temp like in your house? or just put them in that tote under your bed, no incubation needed.

haha wow you love those things dont you mitch
as for the tub i think it would work fine. if you live with your kids maybe you should try to have a "special area" like a closet or something that they arent allowed to go into

70-80 is good both for colonizing and fruiting.
you should be fine.

you could try a "go in here and you get a foot up your ass" room
haha but really, like mitch said, you could just put them in a box, or for that matter have a small incubator in a box in your closet

see that drop off after 86?
that is what you don't want to happen.
70-80 is the air temp. a bit warmer under the bed maybe, or the same. the jars, if in a box or tote together will create some of their own heat. if your house is 75 say, your jars in the middle will be closer to 78 or 79.
so on that chart, 73-83 is in a pretty good spot now isn't it?
and anything over 86, even a little bit is not.
I don't use an incubator, and if I did, I wouldn't set it over 80.

put a locking doorknob on a closet. It works to keep anyone without a key out..
