aspartame and also bullshit flavored water

ok so it was once said and believed for the longest time that aspartame caused cancer. Now i seen an article(sorry cann't find it) that some "smart people" in another country i believe did research and found that it doesn't cause cancer and its perfectly safe.

so now i look at all the soda and i find they all say " zero sugar" or the like...and i look and low behold aspartme is in the ingredents...but unlike sugar they don't list how much is in the can. which is bullshit because they listed sugar...

ive noticed that im highly addicted to caffinee and sugar...i try caffinee free and i drink about 5 cans a day, with caffinee its prob a can or 2 more....basicly i drink close to half a 12 pack a day.

now when i drink these new aspartmen infested drinks with god knows how much of the crap is in them..i notice i get thursty as FUCK. its like its sucking the water out of me or something i just get more and more thursty with every drink.

now onto flavored water, aparently they get that flavor into them using alchol to extract flavors ect....overall i get the same effect i get more and more thursty with every drink.

the only drink that doesn't do this to me is aquafina water with no flavoring.

ALSO, i notice if i drink soda for a week or so and then drink water i get MASSIVE heartburn.....I don't know about you guys but these drink makers are FUCKING WITH US HARD. and it really pisses me off i cann't buy a fucking drink without knowing wtf is in it and how much. you know there's prob shit in there they don't even list. or they don't tell you HOW they get it in there which could leave traces of the process in there like with alcohol extracting flavors ect.

then you have water from the faucet which has FLORIDE in it which causes cancer....sopposiedly our teeth and bones are more important than living...and who the fuck gave them the right to pollute my fucking water with chemicals.

then you have well water which gets polluted with pesticides and fertilizers.....never ends.

I've read that flueride (or fleurine?) deteriorate the pineal gland, but i haven't researched it enough to say.

I think soda is really bad shit personally...

I have also read about a shipment of diet drinks filled with asperatame got held up in the desert and a mixture of chemicals including asperatame mixed with the heat of the desert turn the sodas into somehting like paint thinner...

Your talking some deep shit there puttin all those chemicals into your body I mean its done everywhere now real soda, soda with asperatame, processed foods, and fast food. It is really a shitty situation we've gotten ourselvs into...

I personally prefer splenda to sugar and asperatame but that is manufactured also but hey wth

Stevia, a plant, is an alternative to sugar, but it tastes funny to me. Maybe i could get used to it though. I don't know of any side effects to stevia btw.

well research says stevia does have side effects infact its banned from being used as a sugar alturnitive....but the research was done on mice or ants or something completely unrelated to humans and therefore has no bearing on facts. i feel stevia is safe and i have the plant myself. which is legal by the way if its not used as sugar lol. my suspicion is they don't want people to find out about this plant...because being a plant...people could hurt profits by growing "suger" in there households.

but yeah i have tasted the leaf but i havn't tried it refined..which im sure is alot different.

but i would rather have a plant, stevia...in my drink than have aspartamen.

i just find it so aggravating how shit ends up in our foods and drinks that is so bad for us, yet things that arn't bad(hardly) are illegal.

i read on a soda can theres 35 grams of sugar in a can...anyone put 35 grams on there scales and see what it looks like? gross is all i can say. and aspartamen i mean wtf is that where did it come from some geeks in a lab i bet.

everything should be made with natural products...with realiztic amounts mixed in. 7up i just seen a commercial sopposedly its made with 100% all natural products....but i bet thats bs too. and it will still have 35 grams of suger in it i bet.

Personally, the only soda I drink is ginger ale. I'm mostly a tea/water type person.
Though I must admit, what corporations are doing to the shit we eat and drink is most definatly fucked up. Preservatives, shitty ingredients, harmones, etc. Never really had shitty fast food. Though the consumers of that shit, definatly look like they put that crap inside their body, you what I mean? These foods being sold today must not good for us, at all.

i am also very distressed by this

if you dig deep enough what i am hearing is fluoride is just an industrial waste they needed to get rid off, and also a pacifier, tranquilizer, that has been shown to weaken the will to stand up for yourself.

now, its in tap water, it's also in bottled water too. it's rather hard to find any water or toothpaste that doesn't have fluoride in it.

not only that but fluorosis is a state where your teeth decay because of being exposed to too much fluoride.

now.

flavored water is about the evilest thing imaginable in terms of .... well... the marketing and owning of us to the corporations..... just vile stupid shit. you will have a generation of little kids completey sweet addicted lol. refusing to drink "pure" water and demanding gatorade or splenda or any of that useless dribble.

i'm also distressed about fluorides association with the pineal gland. if this is true, we have the third eye being blocked not only by forbidding (most) entheogens, but by deliberately (or undeliberately) combatting it with drugs!

absurd!

this is my problem though, if you delve into conspiracies you can get into all kinds of mind control, and it never ends.

ELF waves being used to manipulate our moods, send thoughts to people making them think they are schizophrenic, even being used to cause heart attacks.

chemtrails being sprayed over populations to alter moods.....

"cell phone" towers fucking with our brains.

I've read that electrical outlets resonate at the delta frequency, blocking us from deep restful sleep! I've read to stay at least 3 ft away from any electrical appliances while you sleep if you want your brain to stay normal and sleep properly.

but how much of this is just conspiracy theory dribble? is it just that our society is ignorant and orgiastic and wasteful, so we are being fucked inadvertently, or is there a scheme to it?

eh and what scheme? Even us red pill takers still go to the store and buy things, we're a threat to society how? Because we want to reform environmental and legal policies a little... like thats a threat? i think thats part of the problem with the world...were the only one's that care about this shit but were also the least likely to do anything about it.....wounder why????

i just don't get it, i mean i try to tell normal every day people things like this and they shrug it off. But most of the time they are completely against me and almost attacking me about it....which are typicly older and younger people. Christains that i have met all seems to be 100% against it with no sign of beleiveing anything other than what the bible says and what the gov tells them...they follow to a T.

Which brings me to a conspirous theory, hitler i seen on that alantis show on sci fi, he was looking for the "supiror" humans, with a set of charictoristics that were similar......i feel as if christians are being breed to be that....te supiror human to be brain washed....a set of genetics or something that makes them all beleive....but just a theory mind you.

what i was saying is people get sugar addicted and sugared up weird mad science chemistry water with who knwos what in it to make it taste like berries with 0 calories is a symptom of this.

just leave water the hell alone! no fluoride. no sugar... just water.

aspartame is not "safe." In fact, there are many people who have very bad reactions to it, not cancer but things to do with the central nervous system.

it's not that its poison any more than food coloring is poison.. if taken in small amounts, its probably fine for some people. the problem is that it was pushed through all of the FDA paperwork via political influence, not based on actual tests and results.

I would suggest Stevia as a replacement for sugar or aspartame.

Yeah, I hear that. I was disappointed when I found out that the tap filters like Pur or Brita do not filter out flouride. Fuck that, man, I do not want flouride in my water. Maybe we can petition Pur to produce flouride filters?

I enjoy the notion of being able to filter out chemicals that the government pours into the water. Where my family lives, in Wisconsin, there is a small town that voted for their water supply to not have flouride added to it. This is just a hick river town, probably motivated to free up the expenses that are unnecessarily spent on it, but still - it fucking rocks.

Flouride provides no benefit to us - when we want it, we'll brush our fucking teeth. Where is the scientific validation that we should consume this chemical? Fuck, like you said, children aren't even drinking water anyways, so it certainly isn't helping their teeth. Does it even do that? :lol:

Personally, I enjoy Gatorade. I used to drink it all the time at work, back when I actually took breaks. :smirk: I drink it at home a lot as well, but I don't seem too worried about the sugar in it... :shrug:
