Re: Clarification for Phred [Re: Phred]

It's a lost cause with you two.  You just hate each other's guts.

I think that you do a good job.  I have never seen you once allow your personal political beliefs to interfer with your fairness as a mod.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean. I'm not engaging in a pissing contest with phred. I've merely corrected the errors in cherryboms post.

It's not about hating him, it's just that Phred takes any disagreement with his political opinions or modship as a personal attack and thinks you are "out to get him".

If he was remotely interested in other people's opinions or improving his modship he could have simply asked either Bio or myself in a civil way "Why do you think I'm unfair and how do you think I can improve?" instead of trying to start a pissing contest.

Yet another illustration of the standard Alex213 modus operandi.

Please explain to the audience what part of --

"If I'm understanding you and Alex213 correctly, your claim is not that I enforce the rules against "Lefties" too strictly, but that I don't enforce the rules against "Righties" strictly enough?"

-- could be interpreted by a reasonable person as "starting a pissing contest"? In what possible way could that simple request for clarification be judged uncivil?

This is typical phred blatant misrepresentation.

That didn't start the pissing contest. In response to that post I simply asked you "where I have said this?". You then misrepresented me by saying "you said it here".

And THEN you started the pissing contest by trying to be clever and closing the thread before I could reply.

A "typical phred blatant misrepresentation"? Good grief. Let's review the facts of the case, shall we?

You bring up what you believe to be my failings as a moderator in the PA&L forum, then you request we not discuss my failings as moderator in the PA&L forum, then you call my bowing to that request "starting a pissing contest" and "an abuse" of moderator power?

Despite your other failings (and they are legion) no one can ever accuse you of lacking chutzpah.

There's another question I'd love to have you answer one day, Alex213 -- what color is the sky in your world?

It's not worth it. He'll never admit he's wrong.

Just laugh at him like most of us do and let it go.

You've made your point.

What a truly terrible thing of Bio and myself to do! We all know you view yourself as God and cannot tolerate even the mildest suggestion of how you may improve your modship. Perhaps when two members say the same thing it would do you well to consider what they are saying rather than becoming aggressive towards them?

then you call my bowing to that request "starting a pissing contest" and "an abuse" of moderator power?

Lie.

If you're really interested in improving your modship then PM either Bio or myself. If you really are as desperate for a pissing contest as you sound then carry on. I'm done with dealing with your blatant lies and misrepresentations.

There's nothing wrong in that, Alex213. Where you went from normal behavior to full-on Alex213 mode was in your reaction to my request for clarification. As CherryBom noted, it's pretty childish behavior to level criticism at someone then get all huffy and indignant when that person responds. And note that is all I did -- respond. I never even get around to disproving the accusation due to your immediate quibbling over your weaselly semantics -- all I did was request clarification.

The readers of this thread have all the information they need to decide for themselves who's being an asshole here, Alex213.
