Police Seize Cocaine From Baby's Crib

Fairhaven, Mass., police said they seized cocaine and Oxycontin from a baby's crib Monday, and charged the child's mother with drug trafficking.

Police said they went to a room at the Hampton Inn to check on the welfare of a child after receiving an anonymous tip that drugs were being stored in the 1-year-old child's crib.

The mother, identified as Stephanie Bator, 22, of Taunton, Mass., let them in, police said, admitting that there were drugs in the room.

Officers said a man identified as Richard St. George, 20, of Wareham, Mass., was also in the room and produced bags containing cocaine and pills from a pouch in the crib. They said St. George then tried to dispose of more drugs that were in a duffel bag, but police struggled with him and prevented him from flushing the drugs down a toilet.

Police said they believed St. George was operating a drug delivery service from the hotel.

Officers said they seized 113 grams of cocaine, 20 grams of crack cocaine and 22 Oxycontin pills.

St. George and Bator were arrested and charged with trafficking, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy.

The Massachusetts Department of Social Services took custody of the baby.

These people are better off in jail. selling coke out of a baby crib is one of the most fucked up things I have ever heard of.
