First serious grow, gonna try the bulk neglect, any pointers?

My first grow was with a dozen BRF's and it was a disaster. This time, I'm doing it properly. I've ordered filter patch bags, quart jars, straw and shit, and I'm going to get a pressure cooker and WBS.

The plan is to try the bulk neglect, on a 4th scale er so. First I'll wash and boil some WBS, then pressure cook a quart jars' worth, then inoculate it. Once that's colonised I'll prepare a filter patch bag the same way then inoculate it with the jar.

For the substrate, I'm planning on 75% straw to %25 dung, with another layer of dung on top. It'll all be sterilized in a trash can with water at 180 for a few hours, then drained, mixed with the spawn, and into a trash bag lined cardboard box, with the layer of dung on top.

Once it's colonised, I'll put on a 1/4in. casing of 75% coco coir 25% verm.

Are there any flaws in my plan? I am open to any and all critisism, I want my grow to work! Bulk neglect puts peroxide into the WBS jar after pressure cooking. Is this straight peroxide like you'd buy at the drug store, or is it watered down?
