Just got my new bike...
    #5749644 - 06/14/06 01:10 PM (17 years, 7 months ago)

Well, I'm sort of lying. This is actually my 3rd bike. However, I haven't ridden in more than 12 years. So, we smoked a little, and I decided I'd take it out on a ride. I was going to take it to work, but A) it looks like its going to rain, and B) I'm way out of practice.

So, I figured I'd ride around my neighborhood before I came to work. I did ok I guess despite being very out of practice. I did however almost dump 2 times... both were related to a problem I'm having.

When I ride, I've noticed my arms start to shake. Anyone know how to fix it? Or is it just one of those things that practice will overcome.

Its odd, I'm old enough to drive, and have been for years, but I can't manage to ride a bicycle like I used to. Oh well, just have to keep practicing. So if anyone knows how to help fix that shaky arms thing, please let me know.

Hmm, ok. I'll try to lean backThe shaking basically causes my arms to twitch on occasion which has made it hard for me to keep control. And then in other cases has made my arms jerk, which causes me to lose control.
Oh well.
