Guys im gonna trip on acid on the weekend And need a music selection this is my first time I like pink floyd *type of music when im tripping on shrooms*

so what other bands songs should i be looking at i got the pink floyd albums

Pink Floyd is my Favourite band. Gotta recommend the beatles album seargent peppers lonely hearts club. For trance stuff a nice and mellow band is "Astral Projection" not crazy cocaine like techno.

If you want to convince yourself you are in a rainforest, listen to shpongle's "tales of the inexpressible", followed by Juno Reactor's "shango", then followed by shpongle's "are you shpongled". It made me think I was somewhere when I was just on weed. On acid you may start talking to little jungle people.

anything easy going. sometimes crazy stuff can be good to, but thats more rare
i've been listening to nothing but Groove Armada the past 3 times i've tripped, they are axcellent. They are so sureal, laid back and soothing....pretty damn up beat to. and i'm not even a huge techno fan, but this group seems to be different.
check out these songs: "serve chilled" "Chicago" "whatever, whenever" and "dusk you & me"
these songs are so relaxing they are great for tripping. very trippy

Oh shit, i should have read all the posts before i posted....DILLENGER ESCAPE PLAN IS THE MOST FUCKING AMAZING HEAVY BAND OUT THERE. Yes try them, you might not be able to handle it though....Its great...
Oh yeah, and if you like industrial trance, then check out some Front 242.
also Velvet Acid Christ, although it depresses some, others find it truly amazing.
Of course nothing beats a good jam band. Allman Brother, Greatful Dead, MOE, String Cheese Incident, Phish, Ekoostik Hookah, Left Over Salmon, Les Cplaypools Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, Primus, Acoustic Syndicate, Dave Matthews Band, Galactic, George Clinton And P-Funk, The Comadors...and alot more i cant think of in this state of mind......
And if you like severe mind fucking/mind blowing industrial, then look no further than SKINNY PUPPY....once you experiance their greatest hits album tripping acid, you will never be the same....in a good way
