chamomile garden- update with pics

Here is a bundle of chamomile I harvested,


There's a head buzz in my room when you walk in. Sweet swelling calmness.
I'm going to bottle two gallons of chamomile and anise wine( muskadine based), as well as make a few dozen teabags, and dry the rest for whatever use.

Here's the final harvest of flowers.
Along with the prized cut heads, I will get possibly a million seeds from these cuttings, as well as some( well trimmed)rootstock to plant again for next year.
This is the Roman Chamomile Variety- On the fan now, I imagine 3 or 4 ounces dry, which gives me plenty to play around with.

Here is some chamomile still in my garden. The ones on the left can be clipped and dried for seeds. The freshly white flowers on the right are the ones used for the essential oils.



Harvest after the dew evaporates, but before the sun scorches away the goodness.
Plant in open dry fields, or specially prepared beds, or practically anywhere, especially around large animals such as horses and cows.
Air dry and use within a year
