Quesadilla... late night
    #5725686 -

Here is what you need:

Tortilla (I prefer wheat as it is much healthier)
Cheese (low fat for me)
Turkey slices
Chopped onion
non-fat butter spread

What you do is spread some non-fat butter spread on one side of the tortilla then put your ingrediants on the other side. Fold the tortilla in half (with the ingrediants inside) and put it on a frying pan on the stove. Flip it occasionally, and you have yourself a late night snack. If you make it the way I do it is a healthy late night snack.

There is not a lot of difference between a fox hole and a grave; but knowing that you dug your ditch and climbed in anyway.

roast beef goes good with quesadillas...

flour tortilla (for taste)
Mexican CHeese (the 3 cheese blend)
some roast beef
and some hot sauce of your choice

fold in half and microwave for 30 seconds and BAM you got yourself a good quesadilla
