don't be ridiculous. you can hear backwards messages in tons of songs if you're looking for them. that doesn't mean they're there intently.

play some other song backwards.  pick a bunch of random songs.  your mind will interpret sounds as words and phrases.  it's your subconscious trying to put something that doesn't make sense into a logical thing.  it's like many other things.  if you go into something knowingly looking for something, you will find it, but it might not really be there.  you're just expecting to find it, so you will interpret things in a biased way.  :smile:

But the words are so coherent. They're not just random and they totally relate to the weird zep energy thing. Plus, if Satan was going to insert messages into any rock'n'roll song, don't you think Stairway is the perfect choice? I think you're dismissing the idea to easily. I don't find it that hard to believe that the devil lives in the spirit of rock'n'roll.
