Veil is lifting, is it time to pick?

OK-
i looked thru tons of pics to find what is going on. The bottom edge of the veil is lifting away from the stalk. It does not look torn, however, and i do not see gills. Is this not really the veil?
This pic is from the gallery, it is Workman's. It is as close as I can get to what I'm seeing.

The one second from the right is what I'm talking about, see how it lifts all the way around? Is it time to harvest the ones that look like this?

I know each situation is different, so it is hard to give advice, but.....When the Sacred Shroom Reaper is monitoring growth of the Fruits, She picks them as soon as the veil is about to break -more times than not it is 80 - 100% still intact. She has found that as soon as it 'opens' potency is reduced exponetially - sometimes only a few hours is enough to turn an ass kicking shroom into a mild stoning effect type-

I'd expreiment - And save some pre-veil tear and some post - and use yourself as a guinnea pig -

Ahhh... very good. These first fruts are rather small, less than 4". I realized that what I've been looking at is the white edge of the cap rising up to expose the veil. How long typically after this occurs does the veil rupture? How can you tell when it is about to rupture?

Well according to the shroom reaper, it varies, from as much as a day to an hour - I would be prudent, and as soon as the cap begins to seperate from the stem, pick it- let us know how it goes
